The public organization „Jurists for Human Rights” decided to launch several volumes which will cover the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Moldovan cases, DECA-press Agency informs.
\nThe first three volumes of this series will be launched on Friday, January 25th, in the quanteen of the Government.
\nThe work represents the complete collection of decisions of ECHR in Moldovan cases translated into Romanian language. The first three volumes include the decisions taken in the period of September 12th 1997 and December 31st 2005.
\nThe forth volume of the work will be available at the end of February 2008 and will include the decisions taken in 2006. The translation and publication of these decisions and sentences was made by the public organization „Jurists for human rights”, with the financial support of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights from Sweden.
