The same report mentions that the Transnistrian region, which gathered per six points for both categories (the same score as in 2006), is appreciated as a territoty on which there is no freedom. The neighbours of Republic of Moldova &ndash; Romania and Ukraine &ndash; are appreciated as &bdquo;free countries\u0403h.
