Another blast took place in a trolley bus in Transnistria’s administrative centre, Tiraspol, killing two people and injuring another ten. <\/p>\n

Transnistrian news agencies have reported that the trolley bus – transporting about 35 people – exploded on Sunday, 13 August, at about 14:00. A man and a six-year-old died because of grievous head wounds, and another five people are in a critical health condition.

\nAccording to the Transnistrian media outlets, the Transnistrian law enforcement bodies have started an investigation into the case, and the authorities pledge to give 10,000 dollars for information about the case. At the same time, media report, the Transnistrian authorities make no connection between the yesterday’s blast and the one that took place on 6 July 2006. <\/p>\n

On 6 July, seven people died and more than 20 were seriously injured, as a microbus blew out in downtown Tiraspol. During the explosion, near the microbus, there was a trolley bus, which passengers were injured too. According to then preliminary data, the blast was caused by an electromagnetic bomb.
