However, there were no cases when motorists were punished for this violation, nor any traffic accidents were committed for this reason. <\/p>\n<p>According to Roscovan, motorists neglect the regulation because of a 20-leu symbolic fine. <\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"200\" src=\"http:\/\/upload.moldova.org\/social\/2006\/iul\/chisinau_trafic_.jpg\" width=\"268\" align=\"right\" alt=\"\" \/>Roscovan noted that making the motorist inattentive while driving is a serious reason of concern.
