The court said some judges will be on leave in summer and thus the preliminary hearing will be held in autumn. <\/p>\n<p>Serafim Urechean is accused of defrauding the municipal budget of over 3 million lei after purchasing and reequipping 40 ambulances for the Emergency Hospital.
