By request of Deputy Victor Cecan the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova has heard the case on the constitutional control over Articles 14 and 19 of the Law on Patent for Business Activity, INTERLIK News agency reports. In compliance with these articles the Parliament relegated the right to establish the payment for a patent for business activity and its size. The CC has acknowledged these articles as unconstitutional ones. <\/p>\n

As Victor Cecan declared to INTERLIK News agency, by its decision the Constitutional Court has made it clear that President’s idea about relegating by the Parliament a part of its powers to the government in the form, proposed by Petr Lucinschi in his legislative initiative cannot be realized, because it contradicts to the RM Fundamental Law. <\/p>\n

At its sitting the Constitution Court also cancelled a Resolution by the cabinet of ministers on Establishment of the Payment for Patent for Business Activity and its Size, INTERLIK News agency reports. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
