Things are no better in Croatia where the temperatures are well bellow zero. <\/p>\n<p>The situation is much worse in Georgia where the population remained without heating and electricity in the middle of the coldest winter in the last decades. As a consequence of two explosions the gas pipelines between Russia and Tbilisi have been destroyed.
