Detainees from penitentiary institutions will be able to complain to a Committee of Grievance that the cabinet of ministers created on Wednesday, December 28. <\/p>\n

Under regulation, the Committee for Grievance will hear petitioners, will hear and demand written or oral explanations from administration of prison. Also, the committee must visit the institution in order to examine how true the facts that inmates complained are. <\/p>\n

The committee must examine personal cases of detainees, contested orders or other documents, except for those issued to ensure the security of inmates, workers of penitentiary or even institution, as well as of those that represent a state secret. <\/p>\n

The complaints will be examined within maximum 30 days since submission. The committee can prolong this term up to 30 days under exceptional circumstances. <\/p>\n
