\"\"The Ministry of Information Development (MID) launched a new program of providing documents by means of fixed telephony that allows saving time. About one million lei was needed for drawing up and implementing the program. <\/p>\n

Constantin Denisov, head of the Register Division within MID, Wednesday told a press conference that by means of the new program the people will benefit by any information and consultation on the telephone number (022) 25-70-70. Persons that ask for a copy or extract from a document will not have to stand in a queue at the registration offices. They will order a document or another at the indicated phone number by means of a telephone card. <\/p>\n

The telephone card “Doc-Service Card” can be already bought at all the offices of the State Enterprise "Moldova’s Post Office" and at the news stalls "Moldpresa" for 20 lei. Five thousand cards are on sale at present. <\/p>\n

The card allows to order a document over the telephone and the operator issues it on the date and office arranged. The document is valid for one year and its holder can order only one document using it. If you need other documents you have to buy another card. <\/p>\n

Thanks to “Doc-Service Card”, citizens can order any document from the archives of the general registration division, of the legal status division and of the division that deals with car registration and auto qualification. <\/p>\n

The price of the requested certificates or documents depends on the time needed for registration. To get a certificate from the registration division within three days and more, the applicant must pay 60 lei. If it is of some urgency, the issuing of the document within one day will be performed at a price of 150 lei. <\/p>\n

For the certificates issued by the civil status division within five days one will pay 40 lei plus 9 lei – state tax, within 10 days – 34 lei, within 20 days-25 lei, and within one month and more the applicant will pay only 9 lei, that is the state tax. At the car registration and auto qualification division, the cost for registering any document is 60 lei. <\/p>\n

Denisov specified that by 200 phone calls for consultancy are registered daily since the program’s launch. Only two cards “Doc-Service-Card” were bought within these three days. <\/p>\n
