Gheorghe Amihalachioae, lawyer of Victor Turcanu, told REPORTER.MD that a copy of court’s decision will be presented to the defense on October 24 currently. <\/p>\n

Amihalachioae specified that “the defense will decide how the things will go on in accordance with the judgment passed by the court.” One of the next actions is a possible addressing to the European Court of Human Rights. <\/p>\n

At the same time, the Banks Association of Moldova told the press that it is worried by Victor Turcanu’s arrest. A decision regarding the issuing of a warrant in an attempt to change the form of arrest was adopted at the last meeting of the Banks Association of Moldova, which was held at the beginning of the week. <\/p>\n

Victor Turcanu was arrested on October 12 currently by the officers of the Center for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption, being accused of asking a sum of 15,000 dollars for releasing a credit.
