Info-Prim-Neo \/\/ The nine American witnesses invited to testify in the proceedings instituted against Valeriu Pasat, ex-minister of Defense, will testify in the USA, – stated for Info-Prim-Neo Agency Gheorghe Amihalachioaie, Pasat’s attorney. <\/p>\n

According to the cited source, at the request on inviting witnesses to testify in Moldova, the panel of judges decided that they must testify in their country, trip expenses being too high. Amihalachioaie specified that there should be created a rogatory committee for the hearing of witnesses in the USA, the minutes being subsequently sent to our country. <\/p>\n
