As a result of shower rains and hail taken place on June 20 in the evening 12 localities of the country were left without power-supply, many parts of the road got flooded. <\/p>\n

The Emergency Department (ED) informs that as result of heavy rains and hurricane wind villages Kirilovca and Kazaclia, Taraclia rayon, in part Ciadir-Lunga and village Firladani, Causani rayon had no power-supply. The supply was resumed in these localities at 04.00. <\/p>\n

Villages Sofia, Drokia rayon, Varzaresti Noi, Calarasi rayon, Puhaceni, Tintareni, Chetrosu, Botnaresti, Floresti rayon, and Gura-Bacului, Anenii Noi rayon, still have no electricity. <\/p>\n

Besides, in village Lopatica, Cahul rayon, 290 households were partially flooded, while hurricane wind draws away roofs from 14 houses. In the same village 2,5 km of road got under water. The ED officers work in the regions for estimating the damage from the natural disaster. <\/p>\n
