Mayoralty of Chisinau municipality rejected the request of authorizing the picket in front of Romania’s Embassy in Chisinau on April 22, submitted by the non-governmental organization "Hyde Park". <\/p>\n

"Hyde Park" President, Oleg Brega mentioned for REPORTER.MD that the Mayoralty argued its decision saying that GUUAM Summit will take place on April 22 and 31 August Street, where the headquarters of Romania’s Embassy is situated, will be crowded. According to Brega, this argument is groundless. <\/p>\n

Brega also said that "Hyde Park" will appeal in the Court of Appeal the decision of the Mayoralty. Another trial against the Mayoralty was initiated at the beginning of the current year for the reason that it refused to authorize another protest action organized by "Hyde Park" in front of Romania’s Embassy in Chisinau. <\/p>\n
