The current Action Plan encompasses a set of reforms that need to be undertaken by the Moldovan authorities before achieving such a success.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Moldova is currently working under its second phase of the Action Plan on Visa Liberalization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">After enactment of the visa-free travel regime with the EU, citizens of Moldova will be able to freely travel in the Schengen zone for up to 90 days within a period of 180 days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Among EU&rsquo;s top requirements for a visa-free travel regime, Moldova has to tackle the illegal migration, fight against trafficking in human beings and develop a better mechanism to integrate minorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The European Commission will issue a report on &ldquo;possible migratory and security impacts&rdquo; in the following months that will assess the level of Action Plan implementation until now.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Visa facilitation and readmission agreements between Moldova and the European Union entered into force on January 1, 2008.
