The Russian Federation violated the rights of the students from the schools with instruction in Romanian language from Transnistria. This is the sentence given by the European Court for Human Rights on the 19th of October 2012 that forces Russia to pay damages of over one million euro. Half of year passed, but the situation of the school with instruction in Romanian language from the left bank of Nistru river remained the same.<\/p>\n

Eugenia Halus is the principal of the only highschool with instruction in Romanian language from Râbni\u0163a. In 2004, both professors and students of the Evrica high school were evacuated by the separatist authorities from the school facilities, consequently they remained on the roads. Shortly, a solution was found for the students from Râbni\u0163a: the authorities from Chi\u015fin\u0103u decided to rent the space within the kindergarten of the Metalurgical Plant.  <\/p>\n
