Russia promotes the idea of federalism, but not in its German or Russian version, but the Kozak memorandum, which means that under the pretext of federalism a pseudo state is created, which is paralyzed, inoperative and manipulated from outside. But this has nothing to do with the conflict resolution, which would lead to an independent Moldova with a European perspective&rdquo;, Oazu Nantoi said in a video <a href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/T4E-N7S29fM\">interview<\/a> in Romanian to Moldova.ORG.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Moldovan expert also added that the current &ldquo;5+2&rdquo; format of negotiations will not bring any positive changes, but &ldquo;we should find alternative ways, without giving up to it.
