After the speaker of the Parliament, Marian Lupu was dismissed on Thursday with 76 out of 101 votes in favor, the acting position has been undertaken by the vice-speaker of the Parliament, Liliana Palihovici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Constitutional law expert, Teodor Cirnat said in a talk-show at Publika TV that Palihovici&rsquo;s actions are illegal and unconstitutional since she is not liable to sign any parliamentary documents as happened during Thursday&rsquo;s plenary session.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The expert said the Constitutional Court should react to these irregularities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&ldquo;In order to secure the acting position, the speaker of the Parliament should be appointed,&rdquo; Mr. Cirnat said. &ldquo;He should sign the [Parliament&rsquo;s] decisions, otherwise it is impossible.
