They warned that if any policeman will wear their uniforms on the streets, they will be detained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Recently, four employees of the Moldovan Ministry of Domestic Affairs have been named &ldquo;persona non grata&rdquo; by the separatist authorities in Transnistria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A month ago the separatist administration installed unannounced, illegal checkpoints in the Security Zone. Moldova expressed concern and discontent about the incident because the checkpoints were established without the consent of the Moldovan Government and without prior notification of the Joint Control Commission.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for conflicts, Andrii Deshchytsia, who is on a three-day visit to Moldova, said the conflicting parties should have a constructive and positive attitude during the upcoming talks planned for May 23-24 in Odessa, Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&ldquo;I will urge both sides to redouble their efforts towards reaching a lasting settlement and to approach the upcoming round of negotiations with a constructive and positive attitude,&rdquo; the official said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ambassador Deshchytsia will meet with the Moldovan Chief negotiator Eugen Carpov and Transnistrian region&rsquo;s negotiator, Nina Shtanski.
