The press was not allowed to participate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ex-presidential advisor Mihai Petrache told <a href=\"http:\/\/www.europalibera.org\/content\/article\/24965406.html\">RFE\/RL<\/a> that the Court&rsquo;s ruling cannot be further discussed or contested.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&ldquo;It is conclusive. And it goes into effect at the moment of the ruling,&rdquo; Mihai Petrache said. He added that the President has to appoint now a new candidate for the position of Prime Minister.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The head of the Liberal Party, Mihai Ghimpu, who is Filat&rsquo;s coalition partner, said the ruling is a correct one. According to him, the parties should gather at the negotiation table and form &ldquo;a clean Government, excluding those who violated the law.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&ldquo;The law in the Republic of Moldova has finally started to work. It is a just, constitutional decision,&rdquo; Mihai Ghimpu said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The pro-European Government fell in no-confidence vote early in March after all Communist and Democrat MPs, as well as several independent lawmakers voted to remove the Executive. 54 out of 101 deputies voted in favor of the no-confidence motion.
