The system follows to apply to six checkpoints.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to the Reintegration Bureau of Moldova, the establishment of this mechanism is a requirement of the dialogue between Moldova and the European Union with regard to the visa liberalization regime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&ldquo;We are currently in the concluding phase of the appropriate mechanisms that will allow creating favorable conditions to apply this process,&rdquo; Acting Vice-Prime Minister for Reintegration, Eugen Carpov said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">He added that there should not be any concern regarding this mechanism, as previously expressed by the separatist authorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The monitoring system will be implemented by civil staff of the Migration and Asylum Bureau, with respect to the regulations of the Security Zone and will not generate any additional hindrances in assuring a free movement of people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&ldquo;The procedures will be applied voluntarily, free of charge and rapidly,&rdquo; Eugen Carpov said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Part of the requirements set of the EU regarding the visa liberalization program, Moldova has to secure its Eastern border, since the country does not have control over its separatist region of Transnistria and the migration flow from the region is hard to control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Head of the EU Delegation to Moldova, Dirk Schuebel said in an interview recently that although this is a difficult task for Moldova, it has to secure its borders properly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&ldquo;If the European Union agrees to grant a visa-free regime, it is clear that we have to make sure the borders are secured as required,&rdquo; Dirk Schuebel said. &ldquo;Under the current circumstances with Transnistria, such thing is rather difficult.&rdquo;&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading Time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt; 1<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minute<\/span><\/span>Moldova is currently developing a mechanism to ensure the monitoring of the migration flow from Ukraine to Moldova though the Transnistrian region.
