He warns that the soviet model is round the corner and it &ldquo;threatens not only the social model of the Republic of Moldova, but its sovereignty, political independence and territorial integrity.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The Western countries have emphasized the need to re-establish a functional Government in Moldova as soon as possible and avoid early elections.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The U.S. joins our international partners in reinforcing the importance of continued focus on Moldova&#8217;s ambitious reform agenda and its goal of European integration for the benefit of Moldova, its people, and its future,&rdquo; the U.S. Embassy to Moldova said in a press statement.<\/p>\n<p>The European Commission also reacted to the latest developments in Moldova. They suggest that all political parties should make sure that the democratic values and the rule or law is respected in the country.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We call on all the political groups and non-affiliated Members of the Moldovan Parliament to engage in genuine political dialogue without delay, with a view to achieving a strong and stable majority committed to promoting democratic values and the rule of law as well as pursuing the path towards political association and economic integration with the EU, for the benefit of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova,&rdquo; the EU Commission said.<\/p>\n<p>Graham Watson, the EU Parliament&rsquo;s rapporteur for Moldova said that three years of work will be wasted if the political parties in Chisinau will not come to a new agreement soon.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I call on all the leaders of the parties to the AEI &#8211; particularly the Liberal Democrats and the Democratic Party &#8211; to make a new effort to relaunch their coalition government.
