The Eastern European state, bordering the EU, seems to be a separate case from the 27-state-bloc who already benefit from this privilege.<\/p>\n<p>In a comment for MOLDOVA.ORG, a spokesperson of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs said it is up to Moldova and the European Union to further develop the action plan which they are currently negotiating.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;The EU and the Republic of Moldova agreed upon a visa liberalization action plan aimed at visa-free travel. It is now up to the EU and Moldova to continue advancing this action plan,&rdquo; the spokesperson said.<\/p>\n<p>However, Germany welcomes Moldova&rsquo;s achievements so far on visa liberalization action plan.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Germany would like to see progress in implementing this joint action plan and welcomes achievements of Moldova on this path,&rdquo; the same source said.<\/p>\n<p>The European Union has praised Moldova many times for its progress achieved within this dialogue.
