OSCE Mission to Moldova has a new Head as of yesterday. Jennifer Brush is the new leader of the Mission.<\/p>\n

“I am delighted to start working in Moldova at such a propitious time and very much look forward to making progress in the region with our partners on both banks of the Nistru river. Ultimately it is up to the people living in the region to determine the conditions for a better life for themselves and their families, and I will make sure that the OSCE Mission supports their efforts. During my tenure as Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, I will co-operate in all constructive efforts to bring democracy, prosperity and stability to the region,” Ms. Brush said<\/p>\n

The position of the Head of OSCE Mission to Moldova was previously held by Ambassador Philip Remler who left the Mission in January.<\/p>\n

Prior to her assignment as Head of OSCE Mission in Moldova, Ms. Brush served 25 years with the U.S. State Department, most recently as Director for South Central Europe in Washington. Previous postings include Deputy Chief of Mission and Charge at the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, Deputy Chief of Mission and Charge at the U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat, and Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands, OSCE informs.<\/p>\n

Jennifer Brush will participate in the next round of the “5+2” negotiation in Vienna in mid-April.
