The information was given by the Romanian Premier, Emil Boc during the plenary session of the Parliament.<\/p>\n<p>He was relieved from his position because of the comments he made lately toward the protesters.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The opposition has finally activated its whole arsenal gained from Ana Pauker, Teo, Luca and Dej: armed rogues, hate propaganda. They blame us that we will gyp the elections, because we want the Romanians to vote, in Diasporas and at home. What do they want instead is like a population hebetated by the television, scared by the apocalyptical scenarios always far from reality,&rdquo; wrote Mr. Baconschi on his blog.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;During these days, the protesters&rsquo; reaction wasn&rsquo;t always the best. And I want you to truly know that I regret the comments of some of my colleagues toward the protesters in the streets. I hereby make a public apology in front of the Romanians. Because of these statements, I would also like you to know that I have taken the decision to dismiss the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Teodor Baconschi,&rdquo; said Emil Boc.<\/p>\n<p>Teodor Baconschi currently attends the session of the Council of Foreign Affairs in Brussels. Being called live by the Romania&rsquo;s Realitatea TV, Mr. Baconschi said that he was informed by telephone about his dismissal. According to him, the premier has sent an SMS to inform that he isn&rsquo;t the Minister of Foreign Affairs anymore.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Tomorrow I will come back to Bucharest. I have some official meetings with the German and Belgian officials.
