This is an infringement of the normative acts of the peacekeeping process.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Moldovan delegation in the Joint Control Commission have said that at the meeting held on 13 January the Transnistrian side refused to discuss this subject. Also, the Moldovan representatives are indignant at the fact that one vehicle belonging to the joint peacekeeping forces had been blocked by the Transnistrian border guards.
