\nThe Party of Communists and the Democratic Party have reached a common point of view on Moldova’s statehood and neutrality status, one of the negotiators of the Party of Communists (PCRM), Vadim Misin said.<\/p>\n

Misin said that the PCRM sees negotiations on multiple axes as a normal phenomenon. "Presently, consultations between all the parliamentary parties are being held. It is normal and that is why nobody needs motivation for talks, either the PD or the PCRM. The parties that have more common visions will form a coalition, we will see if it is a PCRM-PD coalition."<\/p>\n

"We have already discussed the basic principles with the Democratic Party, we talked about the principle of statehood of Moldova and we came to the conclusion that Moldova must further be a sovereign country. Another common point is Moldova’s neutrality status. We have decided that it has to remain the same, being confirmed in line with international juridical norms," Misin said.<\/p>\n

Misin praised the PCRM-PD negotiations and mentioned that the PCRM already had a draft agreement that is to be signed if the two parties form a centre-left coalition. He said that the agreement does not have any special stipulations, it will only ascertain the fact that the PCRM and the PD will jointly work in the parliament in the next four years.<\/p>\n

He added that the PCM and the PD had not discussed the distribution of state posts yet, but the structure of the future government. "Once we decide to form a centre-left coalition, the posts are divided in 30 minutes."<\/p>\n
