According to it, The Transnistria elections show that the existing political alignment of the political forces in the region may change. This is because in the Tiraspol Parliament have been elected representatives of the Business sphere. The leader of the Transnistrian party “The will of the People”, Oleg Gudimo, tells that “the majority of the members of the Supreme Soviet can be considered as right wing political forces” and they are supported by the business.”

Also the newspaper declares that one of the deputies is Ilia Kazmali, that is also one of the owners of the Sheriff Company. Also some of the deputies are members of the group known as “Initiative 61”, that pleaded for the limitation of the presidential attributions at Tiraspol.
The deputy Evgheni Shevchiuk that supported the “Initiative 61”, also has entered the parliament, and according to the opinion of the newspaper can be used by Chisinau, for the coming presidential elections that will take place in 2011 in Transnistria. Oleg Gudimo tells about Shevchiuk that he: “speaks about Russia, but is oriented to Occident, just like the politicians that administrate Moldova.”

The newspaper Kommersant, describes other interesting details about the elections. The newspaper states that “The results of the elections will not be a surprise, the authorities of the self-proclaimed republic have taken care, that in the region does not exist a serious opposition. The Kremlin that is interested in the solution of the Transnistrian problem till 2012, has committed itself to help Chisinau to obtain a functional government. Till now without any result.”

Also the newspaper comments on the activities of the President of the self-proclaimed Republic, to control the political activity in Transnistria.
