\nThe Central Election Commission’s report on the results of the 28 November 2010 early parliamentary polls and an official report on the tabulation of the elections’ results was submitted to the Constitutional Court (CC).<\/p>\n

The CC’s press service has said that the Court has at its disposal ten days to decide on the lawfulness of the Moldovan parliament’s election and validate the mandates of the elected MPs.<\/p>\n

The CEC’s final results show that the parliament of the 19the convocation will be made up of four parties: Party of Communists (PCRM) with 42 mandates, Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM) 32 mandates, Democratic Party (PDM) 15 mandates and Liberal Party (PL) 12 mandates.<\/p>\n

The PCRM list has the following MPs: Voronin Vladimir, Greceanii Zinaida, Muntean Iurie, Postoico Maria, Tkaciuk Marc, Dodon Igor, Misin Vadim, Vitiuc Vladimir, Vlah Irina, Petrenco Grigore, Balmos Galina, Zagorodnii Anatolie, Ivanov Violeta, Sova Vasilii, Sirbu Serghei, Domenti Oxana, Chistruga Zinaida, Gagauz Miron, Manciuc Vasilii, Mironic Ala, Bannicov Alexandr, Poleanschi Mihail, Stati Sergiu, Todua Zurabi, Gorila Anatolie, Bodnarenco Elena, Staris Constantin, Bondari Veaceslav, Abramciuc Veronica, Reidman Oleg, Musuc Eduard, Eremciuc Vladimir, Garizan Oleg, Babenco Oleg, Mindru Victor, Filipov Serghei, Resetnicov Artur, Supac Inna, Botnariuc Tatiana, Petcov Alexandr, Popa Gheorghe, Anghel Gheorghe.<\/p>\n
