participated in the early parliamentary election today by 09:00, according to data by the Central Electoral Commission (CEC).<\/p>\n<p>The CEC said that the highest voter turnout had been reported in Basarabeasca district 8.19 per cent (1,330 people), Rezina district 7.56 per cent (2,871 people), Floresti district 6.69 per cent (4,621 people), Stefan Voda district 6.34 per cent (3,376 people) and Donduseni 6.14 per cent (1,394 people).<\/p>\n<p>The voter turnout was 3.6 per cent in Chisinau in the first two hours, 4 per cent in Balti and 3.6 per cent in the Autonomous Territorial Unit of
