Chisinau (Moldova.ORG) – While the representatives of the academic and scientific circles of the Russian Federation freely and naturally manifest an exchange of ideas on possible ways and models of development for their society, like, for instance on the topic: „Post-communist transformations<\/a>”, we notice in the RF’s attitudes towards Moldova open support for the Communist Party of the Republic of Moldova (CPRM) as a form of still „potential” way of governance. This fact is an indirect sign that the Kremlin administration does not care at all if in the R.M. there could be any kind of development at all. While browsing through the source mentioned above we can notice that with regard to communist inheritance the authors share their opinion untrammelledly and admit that the communism consequences are: „…characterized by a high level of corruption and indicators of piecemeal accountancy and transparency<\/a>”.<\/p>\n

Frankly, I am writing these lines not for expressing any rancor towards the RF. The big problem can be traced out among us, here in Chisinau, that we did not make use of all possible diplomatic leverage we could have had chances to enjoy much time ago. Nevertheless, it would be even better if we don’t get „anchored” on the problems of the past inasmuch as make it a burden for the future.<\/p>\n

Should we acknowledge that towards the R.M. there is committed a duplicity, and on whose behalf, we could have had more lucidity to be aware – what chances we have by up-keeping the „weight” of a socially deviant group, which prefers to self-identify as „political party”, and which actually is not grounded on any ideology, but rather on a mere „circumstantial surfing” which displays nothing else but group interests? The lies and aberrations they launch in the society loudly, and with no scruples – is due first of all to the fact they know that in the R.M. there are still considerable societal segments, which believe in empty illusions, and on the background of illusions many keep believing – lies are still “catchy”. In other words in the R.M. there is a “favorable social milieu” to gain by disseminating lies. It is exactly what happens now, in the electoral campaign, and this is noticed also in the stances posited by other political formations, beyond the communist grouping.<\/p>\n

However, may we succeed first in a maximum marginalization of communists, and assumingly all the other parties might learn their lessons, from an eventual spill-over effect of this much striven achievement. The Moldovan Christian Democratic Party (MCDP) did not want to learn the lesson, and, they are not everything that exists on the political arena beyond communists.<\/p>\n

An example worthy of full regards is the appeal of Mr. President Mihai Ghimpu addressed to Mr. General Secretary of NATO in which he requests support in withdrawal of Russian troops from the left bank of the River Nistru of the R.M. Mr. Ghimpu proves an incontestable truth, of which I have been convinced for much time, and now having the opportunity to say – that in a jovial way, sometimes by joking, there can be approached and settled serious and good things, of both strategic and crucial importance for the country and the nation, and inversely – with “serious” and “squared” mimics, some can speak a myriad of aberrations and „build up” cheap illusions and inhuman intrigues, due to which the R.M. ventures to remain for many decades only with… words and promises.
