The head of the CC press service, Dumitru Tira, has told MOLDPRES that the Constitutional Court found out that the article 13 from the Election Code is constitutional.<\/p>\n<p>On 21 October, the Court decided to cease considering a government&#8217;s request, on grounds that Prime Minister Vlad Filat would have no right to notify the Constitutional Court.
