Anytime the problem is raised of imposing interdictions in the society, by any kind of government, I believe it deserves much attention and approached with most possible caution at the level of both experts, scientists, opinion leaders and public at large.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, it wouldn&rsquo;t be correct to disregard to good practices of some western countries with regard to human rights, and analyze to what extent can these be applicable in the Moldovan realities, and what would we benefit.<\/p>\n<p>A recent historical retrospective of the R.M. reminds us that in our country after declaration of independence, we have had an experience of setting a ban on the communists&rsquo; party, then followed the idea on observing human rights, etc. and as of today we can consider ourselves with totally clean consciousness &ndash; that in terms of manifesting human and political rights our country has not a single drawback.<\/p>\n<p>This thought is suggestive after a series of pieces of news in the Moldovan mass-media on the violence the Moldovan communists&rsquo; (CPRM) representatives admit in the electoral campaign, the loyal or semi-loyal attitude of our statehood towards these occurrences, and declarations missing elementary logic, of this political formation representatives, that they are allegedly hurt.<\/p>\n<p>I read attentively the article: &bdquo;New Push To Outlaw Germany&#8217;s Neo-Nazi Party&rdquo; in Germany, on the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spiegel.de\/international\/germany\/0,1518,648086,00.html\">SPIEGEL ONLINE<\/a> (where from I borrowed the title of this attitude of mine), and we can conclude that it suggests of: (i) good practices of democracy defending, (ii) that we should not admit that democracy be associated with anarchy, neither with criminality, that (iii) in the social thinking there&rsquo;s a vital need of making essential distinction between tolerance and humility (to which communists are subjecting the Moldovan population to, by their behavior). A good governance does not mean only transparency and good management of public funds, but also protection and promotion of ideologies based on which these values can be better observed. Hence, we get to the point to conclude that the idea of outlawing a political formation which justifies &ldquo;methodologically&rdquo; the discord, and\/or practices the latter, for the sake of getting some undeserved advantages, as it is obvious in the behavior of the CPRM, has not emerged with us, and that logically &ndash; seems o have no alternative.<\/p>\n<p>I discuss frankly and sincerely with the supporters of the CPRM, try to see why does it happen what happens, and I understand one thing &ndash; of their supporters, or at least from those it is possible to talk to, and who say frankly they will vote for the communist &ndash; none of them watches or reads news. I have not been taking this as a legitimacy, but later on more and more I am getting convinced in this regard, that the supporters of the communists have a common &ldquo;logic&rdquo; &ndash; should &ldquo;theirs&rdquo; be in power, they would enjoy unconditional favors, whereas in case when in the government are &ldquo;aliens&rdquo;, they do not enjoy favors, because once social equity is observed &ndash; they do not feel them. They just do not care of other peers and citizens&hellip;, although are much aware that in production of the goods they want to benefit of &ndash; is involved the society as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>Getting back to the article above, Germany does have a much higher and more extensive experience of democratic government, versus the R.M., where human rights observance is undoubted, and the issue of outlawing a political formation is a matter-of-course, whereas with us, in the R.M. might be a human rights violation &ndash; is it really so?<\/p>\n<p>I personally consider that the issue of outlawing the CPRM needs to be resumed more actively on the agendas of the Moldovan non-communist political formations, exclusively in the sense of statehood security, if you want, and not least because the manner they want to grasp power is ugly and proves the fact that the intentions of their being in the government are totally different from what they declare.<\/p>\n<p>In order to support this idea, which seems to have no alternative, it is also important to mention the <a href=\"http:\/\/politicom.moldova.org\/news\/tunnel-definition-213395-eng.html\">Aleksandr Iakovlev&rsquo;s book: &bdquo;A Century of Violence in Soviet Russia&rdquo;, of 2002<\/a>, where we can see that even formerly very convinced communists, as used to be Mr. Iakovlev, at moments of &ldquo;cool-headed&rdquo; reasoning admit that bitter criminality is virtually inherent to communist behavior, and if the sociological science previously may not have admitted communism as a manifestation of social pathology &ndash; it is high time it should.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading Time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 3<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minutes<\/span><\/span>The human rights problem has always been and will be a sensitive issue, anytime and anywhere.
