Chisinau (Moldova.ORG) — Everything which is going on in the Republic of Moldova have a meaning, which needs to be “read” and understood. It is not accidental that in this country there’s rumored the idea, which is virtually stereotyped, about the need to „non-politicize” the educational sector, whereas in very many countries it has been already reached a common sense that: “There is no such thing as neutral educational process…”, as written by Shaull in the “Foreword” to P. Freire’s book: “Pedagogy of the oppressed”. Somebody knows that the population of the R.M. has been supplied education in a way as „not to make problems” when somebody may resort to insinuations with alleged conspiracies; somebody knows that in the R.M. one can allow to do many improper things, which in other societal milieus would be unimaginable.<\/p>\n

Particular efforts are also required, and capacities, to understand also why so many rumors are widespread in the R.M. – is this a process describing a social dynamism which can be accepted as something habitual, or it is something specific to this situation, this country, in this geographical space? Why is the population bombarded with so much news that involve emotional affects and engender states that nobody would like to experience ever? Even if the conflict is so inherent for the human nature, why does it occur in the worst forms and in the “darkest colors” namely in the R.M?<\/p>\n

These are the several thoughts which challenge me after I have heard about the piece of news with regard to a possible conspiracy on the recent floods in the R.M.<\/p>\n

The communists’ party undoubtedly have full right to express on any piece of news they get, have the full right to de-secretize everything they consider. But, as far as I have noticed in the media, nothing of their statements on the alleged deliberate breakage of the dam from the village of Nemtseni, has been endorsed by any evidence; there have been just words, declarations in the media and blames on the Moldovan government and Romania.<\/p>\n

Through that all, it is a matter-of-course to look through the other angle – once the communists insist on the idea of a possible conspiracy, it is natural to guess that the deliberate breakage of the dam, should it have really been so, could have been committed including by those who are blaming. Or, first of all this diabolic idea is spoken firstly by them, and this idea could have come on their minds long before the floods occurred. Secondly, they could have launched this idea in order to subsequently blame on current government, what they are actually doing.<\/p>\n

Should we proceed from the hypothesis that everything is possible, in this case the scenario would be as follows – if the right political forces win elections, the communists will very probably use this blame in order to harass and intimidate the government, and if the left forces win – they will soon forget about it.<\/p>\n

Anyway, it is obvious something – violations are committed because the social capacities are not sufficient to support the government “balanced”, as it would be normal, but I still think this kind of behaviors will not be interminable.<\/p>\n

The elementary logic suggests that most probably is a mean insinuation of the communists, and, once discussion was started, the best would be to run an international investigation, based on which it could be established exactly if it is to blame the human factor, and if so – who is to blame.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
