This period is according to Olvia Press, the most difficult in the past five years, having a deficit of 70%.<\/p>\n<p>The inflation prognosis is 12% for the coming year, the imports are of 1.1225 millions dollars more than a half compared with exports that are of 693 millions. The revenues will constitute over 180 millions dollars while the expenditures will constitute 470 million dollars. In this context the leader of the self-proclaimed republic Igor Smirnov declared that the actual situation is created due to the diverse methods of economical pressure from the authorities of Republic of Moldova. Due to this, suffers the Business, and thus the economic activity is hindered, influencing consequently the budget. Smirnov added that because of these economic barriers created by Chisinau Transnistria loses annually about 50 million dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Transnistrian economic agents have the legal possibility to register in the Republic of Moldova and obtain all the rights for international business activity similarly to other economical agents from Moldova. Also transnistria had recently financial problems due to the stop of funds offered by Russian Federation. The Russian Federation traditionally supports the separatist republic economically, but recently the flow of funds was stopped, the motivation of the Russian authorities, was the incorrect spending of the offered sums. Also Transnistria region has very big debts for gas and other energetic resources especially to the Russian Giant Company Gazprom.<\/p>\n<p>In the context of the recent discussions concerning the solution of the transnistrian conflict the declarations of the leader of the separatist republic, can be aimed to the destabilization of discussions and the increasing of the tensions in the region. The recent declaration of the transnistrian authorities can also have the purpose to influence the pre-electoral atmosphere in Moldova, and stimulate the residents from transnistria to neglect the elections. <br \/>\nAt this moment about 650 juridical entities from transnistria are registered at Moldova Registration Chamber, this permits them to export and import goods and services under the conditions of the Moldova legislation.
