Ghimpu requires dismissal of the chiefs of Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) and gives one more chance to General Prosecution, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Centre for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption (CCECC).<\/p>\n

In his view the Alliance for European must take an attitude towards the situation when some institutions of the state got stuck by certain circles of interests. This way it is being stuck the change promised on July 29, 2009, when in the repeated voting the Alliance was created and functions.<\/p>\n

Mr. Ghimpu mentioned also about the privatization transactions, which are considered to have been done with violations. In case of the “Codru” Hotel, the representative of the Government supported the stance of its being privatized, beyond the fact that the Prosecution Office claimed the act on purchase-sale, in the Court of Law. The SCJ must be “the tone” of all courts of law, and the chiefs of the institution – be “clear as tear”, and given this is not the case, he will require dismissal of Muruianu, Moldovanu and Cernat.<\/p>\n

Neither Mr. Ghimpu is satisfied by the performance of the Economic Court of Law (ECL) and requires that urgent measures be undertaken. He thinks that in the ECL business is running “very well”. There was a requirement on his behalf to examine the activity of the judge Colenco, and nothing was done. One could also see that the prosecutors have immense houses, each one takes ones’ share and all pretend not to see what’s the “real state of affairs”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
