PCRM leader Vladimir Voronin sent an appeal to this effect today.<\/p>\n<p>Voronin said that, to overcome the political crisis, it is necessary to identify consensus, which can be reached if the parliament amends Article 78 of the Constitution concerning presidential elections.<\/p>\n<p>The PCRM considers that consensus should be found till 31 March.<\/p>\n<p>Voronin said that no consensus can be reached unless the date of the parliament&#8217;s dissolution is set after 16 June, and a snap parliamentary election is called.<\/p>\n<p>MP Vladimir Turcan has advocated the amendment of Article 78 too.
