The optimistic rhetoric being heard these days from the Western colleagues and from Chisinau is something from the sphere of overrated expectations&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Yastrebchak reaffirmed that Transnistria&#8217;s stance is based on the Joint Statement signed by the presidents of Russia, Transnistria and Moldova in Moscow last March 18.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;For the beginning, we proposed to focus on solving existing problems in the population&#8217;s interests, and only after that &#8211; to discuss resumption of the 5+2 negotiations&quot;, said the Transnistrian foreign minister.<\/p>\n<p>He said Tiraspol has already sent to Chisinau a list of such questions, and is looking forward to receiving an analogous list of proposals from Moldova.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;The Moldovan side hinted that in the nearest future it will formulate in a concise form the questions it regards as essential, and will send them to us.
