It quoted Nantoi as saying that &quot;the peaceful process is deadlocked&quot; and both Dniester and Moldovan residents &quot;should by all means flee the country&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>The director of the IMPAKT project, Denis Matveev, told Infotag the same day that Moldova and the Dniester region should solve their socioeconomic problems jointly while the deputy head of the Moldovan centre of strategic research and reform, Elena Gorelova, said that &quot;settlement of the economic problems will help to word a political formula for solution of the conflict&quot;, the agency said.<\/p>\n<p>The international project IMPAKT has been developed to improve cooperation of NGOs, economists, political scientists and independent analysts from the Dniester region, Moldova, Russia, Romania and Ukraine.
