organization of the state procurement for the health protection system and medicine control.<\/p>\n<p>He designated as inefficient the Regulations on the Procurement of Medicines for the health protection system, approved by a Government Resolution a year ago and designated the absence of the document&rsquo;s anti-corruption expertise, methodology for assessing bidding participants, planning of the country&rsquo;s demand for medicines among the document&rsquo;s shortcomings.<\/p>\n<p>The President demanded to take urgent measures for overcoming the present situation in the sphere of organizing and conducting public bidding, to carry out expertise of the Regulations on the Procurement of Medicines and to improve the procurement mechanism with taking into consideration the advanced
