The Committee for Free Elections in the Republic of Moldova<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Committee for Free Elections in the Republic of Moldova, set up in Bucharest, on April 8th, 2009, undertakes coordination of the campaign intended to internationalise the serious state of affairs caused by the communist regime in Chisinau.<\/p>\n

With a view to accomplishing the objective undertaken:<\/p>\n

1. We demand that all people under arrest are released and injured granted appropriate medical treatment. We request mass media support in this campaign aiming to promote observance of the human rights and the democratisation of the Republic of Moldova.<\/p>\n

2. We demand that the result of the elections on April 5th, fraud of the communist authorities in Chisinau, is invalidated.<\/p>\n

3. We demand that the electoral poll is repeated, under monitoring of the European Council, European Union, U.S.A., Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey, Bulgaria.<\/p>\n

4. We demand that a fair election campaign is organised for at least 30 days, under the aforementioned surveillance.<\/p>\n

5. We demand that the Television and Radio Stations in Chisinau are set under public control, by setting up Administration Councils to include scientific and cultural personalities, of no political affiliation, under the protection of international and national observers.<\/p>\n

6. We demand the citizen Vladimir Voronin to restrain from making any statements and asserting presidential prerogatives, as his 4 years mandate expired on April 7th and is already in conflict with the Penal Code of the Republic of Moldova.<\/p>\n

7. We demand the Central Electoral Commission to submit with the judicial bodies the claimed evidences of the major election fraud.<\/p>\n

8. We demand the General Prosecutor’s Office to initiate an investigation on the elections fraud, professionally and transparent to domestic and international observers.<\/p>\n

9. We demand the European Commission to support the young the in the Great National Assembly Square aspiring to substantiate the rule of law by free elections, to freedom and democracy.<\/p>\n

10. We shall mandate lawyers from the European Union to support our rightful initiative.<\/p>\n

11. We demand all public actors to act and support the promotion of democratic regulations and values in the Republic of Moldova.<\/p>\n

12. We demand the political leaders in Chisinau to undertake our message and support it publicly.<\/p>\n
