The National Liberal Party of Moldova (PNL) offers all the presidents of pro-European parties to mark together the coming national holidays – the Independence Day (August 27) and the Romanian Language Day (August 31). <\/p>\n

The National-Liberals propose the model of May 9 celebrations, when a number of Opposition parties celebrated Europe Day, while the Communist Party of Moldova (PCRM) – the Victory Day. <\/p>\n

PNL suggests creating a group that would coordinate the joint collective festivities so as to encourage the democratic electorate in the idea that the non-communist forces can cooperate in sending positive messages.
\nIn a statement, PNL says that PCRM, which has nothing to do with the independence proclaimed by the national forces and which persecutes the about 80% of the Romanians in Moldova, cannot endlessly profit from the position of majority force in the Parliament. <\/p>\n

PNL considers that the Communist parties should be banned and Moldova should withdraw from the Commonwealth of Independent States. It should also demand that the Russian troops are immediately and unconditionally pulled out and declare its readiness to join NATO and the EU and that it wants Romania to be its advocate and ally in achieving these objectives.\/\/REPORTER.MD<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
