The Government was given until August 20 to draft and present the National Security Strategy of Moldova. <\/p>\n

According to the Government’s press service, such a document will be one of the kind for Moldova and will include methods and measures aimed at insuring national security as well as ways of financing the national security sector and the stages of reforming the national security system, including the modernization of the armed forces. The document will be accompanied by a plan of action for implementing the strategy. <\/p>\n

The national security strategy will be used as basis to formulate the National Military Strategy, the Public Strategy for Informing about National Security Problems and other sectorial strategies related to the national security. <\/p>\n
