Mihai Ghimpu, leader of the Liberal Party (PL) from Moldova, will contest at the law court the decision of his dismissal from president of the Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) and the election in this function of the leader of the social-democratic faction from CMC Eduard Musuc, he told the journalists from Chisinau, DECA-press informs.
\nMihai Ghimpu has already won a fight in the Moldovan justice system when the Supreme Court (SC) confirmed the legality of his election as president of CMC in October 2007. The legality of this election was contested by the Ministry of Local Public Administration.
