Born on February 7th 1956, in the region of Tomsk, Russian Federation. <\/p>\n

She graduated the Financial-Economic College from Chisinau and Moldova State University. Specialty of economist. <\/p>\n

After the graduation of the College, from 1974 till 1991, she worked as a senior accountant, senior inspector, senior revisor-inspector, chief of the budget section of the Financial Department of Briceni. <\/p>\n

From 1991 till 1994, she was the chief of the budget section – adjunct chief of the Economical-financial Department of Briceni, interim vice-president of the Executive Committee, district of Briceni, interim chief of the financial-economical district department. <\/p>\n

From 1994 till 1996 was the deputy chief of the General Department of elaboration and analysis of the budget, chief of the section of local budgets of the Budget Department, Ministry of Finances. <\/p>\n

From 1996 till 2000, he was the chief of the general Department of Budget elaboration and synthesis, director of the Budget Department.
\nFrom 2000 till 2001, she was the deputy-minister of finances. <\/p>\n

In the period of 2001-2002 – prime-deputy-prime-minister of finances. <\/p>\n

On February 8th 2002, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Moldova, she is appointed interim minister of finances, and on February 26th 2002 – minister of finances. <\/p>\n

On the basis of the trust vote offered by the Parliament, by means of the Decree of the president of the Republic of Moldova, on April 19th 2005, she was appointed minister of finances. <\/p>\n

Through the decree of the President of the Republic of Moldova, on October 10th 2005, she was appointed prime-vice-prime-minister.
