If during previous years, the basic tool of attack was the Coordinating Council of the Audiovisual, followed by Information and Security Service, in this purpose are presently involved two of the most powerful institutions in state: General Magistracy and the Center for Corruption and Economical Crimes Control (CCCEC). It is easy to assume that behind this ones, there are other two important institutions of the state &ndash; Information and Security Service and as beneficiary, the Presidency of Republic of Moldova, the one that spreads the information and orders the attacks towards inconvenient persons and institutions. <\/p>\n<p>In the present, the attack is based on an autointimation of the executive section of penal case on extreme causes of the General Magistracy that was started on december 2007 &ldquo;on the reason of calling to overturning or change by violence of the constitutional order of Moldavian Republic broadcasted by &ldquo;Vocea Basarabiei&rdquo;. The penal case have stated that &ldquo;during november 09-18, the radio station &ldquo;Vocea Basarabiei&rdquo;, during the broadcast &ldquo;Radio Forum&rdquo; were included messages which could be considered public instigations to overturning or changing by violenece of the constitutional order or to the violation of territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova&rdquo;. <\/p>\n<p>Based on these &ldquo;operative&rdquo; statements, General Magistracy is passing in an easy way to a totally different juridical side, announcing that radio station &ldquo;Vocea Basarabiei&rdquo; was financed by Romanian Government. Further on, General Magistracy is warning through a special orderly the Center for Corruption and Economical Crimes Control, about the fact that &ldquo;there are real reasons to presume that &#8230; one of the founders have appropriated a signifiant amount of money from projetct&rsquo;s funds&#8230;&rdquo; For reavealing these defalcations, the prosecutor of executive section of the penal case on extreme situations of the General Magistracy asks the CCCEC to appoint a thematic revision built on 3 points and 12 subpoints in order to elucidate the presumed defalcation. <\/p>\n<p>It is obvious that both accusations, the one of transmitting messages which call to overturning by violence the constitutional order, and also the one of existance of &ldquo;real reasons to presume&rdquo; a financial defalcation, represent a weak directed staging. It is also obvious that the researches have their roots in a political order. The two institutions had no reasons to open a penal case before having facts. The interractive broadcast &ldquo;Radio Forum&rdquo; is accessible to the entire population of Moldova. The public is invited to express its opinion upon certain themes related to governors&rsquo; activity and government&rsquo;s policies. <\/p>\n<p>These are realy useful shows that make people participate in the democratic process. These are beneficial to both sides: population, that communicates its problems, and the government, being informed with these sincere expressions. Some messages are realy tough, but the one that presents the broadcast is a journalist with experience and he watches that people&rsquo;s expressions were not contradictory to legislation and decency.
