The elections in the People’s Assembly of Gagauzia raises much interest from the part of foreign diplomats, accredited in Chisinau, DECA-press communicates.
\nThus, several representatives of diplomatic missions decided to make a visit to the very place on Friday in order to familiarize with the way the electoral campaign is organized and the way people prepare for the elections scheduled for March 16th.
\nThe officials from Comrat assert that representatives of the delegation of the European Commission, embassies of France, Germany, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary and other missions of the European Union, accredited in the Republic of Moldova are expected to come.
\nThe officials will have meetings with leaders of the autonomy, members of the Central Electoral Commission of Gagauzia, will discuss about the participation of representatives of embassies at the monitoring process of the elections.
