The Constitutional Court (CC) will make the final decision regarding the law project about the improvement of the Constitution which prohibits the head of the state to be the leader of a party, DECA-press Agency transmits.
\nThis project was elaborated by deputies from the parliamentary faction of the Democratic Party (PD), but it was signed by deputies from other factions too.
\nDeputies assert that the head of the state must be a non-political, respected by everyone, a president of all, and not of a single party.
\nPD is concerned with this problem in the last few years.
