The executive director of the Association for Participative Development ADEPT, political analyst Igor Botan, believes that president Vladimir Voronin didn’t promulgate the Law which prohibits the persons with double citizenship to work on public posts not because he has a different opinion from the one of deputies.
\nAs DECA-press informs, the analyst affirms that, the head of the state was determined to do that because opf the external influence on him. He pointed out the fact that this law project puts many citizens of Moldova in complicated situstions, as well as citizens of other countries.
\nAnother explanation Igor Botan gives is that the curret governing authorities would lke to shock some representatives of the opposition parties.
