On Tuesday night, Ivan Ceban, candidate for the post of deputy in the People’s Assembly (legislative body) of the Gagauzian autonomy, died, DECA-press transmits.
\nAccording to some information, the candidate died because of the consequences he suffered as a result of a pneumonia which Ivan Ceban was ill of.
\nCeban was one of the best known activists in the Gagauzian Autonomy. He was present at the People’s Assembly during the last legislatures. He used to be the vice-president of the legislative body before his death.
