The leader of the Republican People’s Party (PPR), Nicolae Andronic, is revolted about the behaviour of one of the adjuncts of the general prosecutor (whose name i8s not known) and of the prosecutor Igor Popa whom he accuses of exaggerating the „moral and legal limits”.
\nAndronic’s lawyer, Gheorghe Malic, announced that he would send a complaint against the two above-stated persons on the name of the general prosecutor Valeriu Gurbulea, DECA-press communicates.
\nBefore that, Nicolae Andronic didn’t recognize the competence of prosecutor Igor Popa, whom he considers as favouring someone. Igor Popa represents the accusation in two trials Nicolae Andronic was put to, where this one is accused of exaggerating in doing his job in the period when he was prime-vice-prime-minister. The prosecutor’s adjunct considered the demand of the PPR leader not to recognize Popa’s competence as groundless.
\nThe lawyer asserts that, at the last sitting of the Prosecution, Andronic had to be announced about his official accusation from the part of prosecutor Alexandru Caraman. Yet, he presented only some secondary documents. After that, Popa came to serve the writ to Andronic.
